Who we are
We're a two man band: Paul McQuillan and Antony Mair. Paul used to be an estate agent in the UK, and is still a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Antony was a solicitor in the City of London for almost thirty years before moving out to France. He's been coming to France since he was a child, and it was a natural progression to make his second home his first.
Why we're different
First, our combination of experience in the UK property and legal sectors is, we believe, unequalled among local estate agents. It enables us to understand French transactions from a UK buyer's point of view and to facilitate the process.
Secondly, this site is our shop window. Although we live in the town centre of Ribérac, we don't have shop premises. We believe that serious buyers are doing their searching on the internet first, and then arranging trips out to France to look at a shortlist of properties. Our interest is in saving everyone's time by matching requirements to specific properties.
How we work
We will usually be contacted by buyers by means of an email or a telephone call. We will discuss their specific needs and see if they will be satisfied by any of the properties we have on offer. If we don't have what they want, we'll say so, rather than try and show inappropriate places.
If it looks as if we have one or more properties of interest, we will provide further details and photographs in order to flush out any further concerns. If this results in continuing interest, a visit will be arranged.

We are authorised to undertake real estate business by virtue of Carte Professionnelle No. 485, delivered by the Préfecture de la Dordogne, and a guarantee provided by the Caisse Régionale de Credit Agricole Mutuel Charente-Périgord.
